Today has been as AWESOME DAY!!! Although I went to work this morning & encountered unprofessional BS, my day turned into an unforgettable moment as soon as I stepped in the contemporary Jazz class at IDA!!! As Tiffany’s goodbye to the studio her and Samantha co taught a 2 1/2 hour class! OMG YES!! Love every second of it! Ahh my passion & my love for dance was poured into each movement from beginning to end and then some! The ENTIRE ride home (in LA traffic of course lol) I was grooving to every song my iTunes played. LOVE! This is LOVE!!

I’m excited!! I will be starting Level 1 of this exercise program tomorrow in conjunction with the Russian Gymnast Diet (w/ slight modifications) & the Worlds Fastest Workout (video link previously posted).
Yes I may be crazy for doing all three of these simultaneously *shrugs*….I dare you to try it with me!! :)
I haven’t found Level 2 or Level 3 of the workout online yet but when I do I’ll be sure to post the links!!
